Botox & Line Softening Injections

Botox® and other line softening injections are often called "The Magic Juice." They are used for eliminating the lines of facial animation – those lines which appear when we express ourselves. These are known as Dynamic Facial Lines. Botox® is the original product from the Allergan company. Dysport®, made by Galderma USA and Xeomin®, made by Merz are newer products developed for the same purpose.

Although this is not the only reason the products were invented, when properly injected, they work miraculously well to reduce the lines and wrinkles which form when we move our face through its normal expressions.

The injections are really quite painless. After icing, the doctor uses very tiny needles to insert the product into the problem area. Results appear in 3 to 5 days following treatment.
